SUPPLY CONTRACTS

The success of DDM, regarding the acquisition of beverage supply contracts, is based upon our ability to create value. DDM uses all of its experience, knowledge and expertise to ascertain and communicate the educational institution's immense value to the beverage companies. A thorough analysis of the school district is conducted by DDM. This analysis provides the information needed to develop the RFP, solicit the Offerors, negotiate, enter into a contract and create a successful auditing and management plan.

The process utilized by DDM offers the educational institution a complete, turn-key operation throughout the term of the contract. What this simply means is that all personnel are relieved of all beverage responsibilities.

Ector County ISD, Odessa, TX. 28,600 students. Negotiated a 10-year, $7.2 million Exclusive Beverage Contract.

Naperville C.U.S.D., Naperville, IL. 17,600 students. Negotiated a 10-year, $1.9 million Exclusive Beverage Contract.

Kansas City School District, Kansas City, KS. 21,000 students. Negotiated a 10-year, $5.37 million Exclusive Beverage Contract.

Pueblo School District 60, Pueblo, CO. 17,200 students. Negotiated a 12-year, $5.5 million Exclusive Beverage Contract. Designed and implemented Corporate Partnership Program generating $1 million over 5 years.

Southern Colorado Consortium, Colorado Springs, CO. 38,200 students. Negotiated a 10-year, $9.1 million Exclusive Beverage Contract.

Lodi School District, Lodi, CA. 26,000 students. Negotiated a 10-year, $8 million Exclusive Beverage Contract.

Academy School District 20, Colorado Springs, CO. 15,200 students. Negotiated a 10-year, $6.3 million Exclusive Beverage Contract. Negotiated a Preferred Provider Agreement with a major telecommunications company worth $315,000 over three years.

New Mexico Research and Study Council (NMRSC), 154,000 students. Negotiated an 8-year, $50 million Exclusive Beverage Contract. The NMRSC includes fifty-eight school districts and thirteen institutions of higher learning.

Colorado Springs School District 11, Colorado Springs, CO. 32,090 students. Negotiated a 10-year, $11.1 million Exclusive Beverage Contract. Negotiated a Preferred Provider Agreement on behalf of the District with a major telecommunications company which will generate over $5 million in revenue over the next five years. Designed, implemented and managed the first ever K-12 Corporate Partnership Program, which has generated over $750,000 for the District to date.
