Dan DeRose is the founder and majority owner of DD Marketing (DDM).
He has represented universities, community colleges, educational
consortiums, K-12 school districts, corporations, professional
athletic organizations, non-profits, municipalities and churches
in revenue generation projects.
DeRose oversees all documents, processes & serves as lead
negotiator for DDM contracts. He received his bachelor's degree in
business administration in 1984 from Colorado State University-Pueblo
and his MBA in 1985, also from Colorado State University-Pueblo.
In 1995, DeRose was selected by the National Association of
Athletic Development Directors as the "Fund Raiser of the
Year" for his outstanding achievements in intercollegiate
fund raising. As the Athletic Director at Colorado State University-Pueblo,
DeRose raised over $7 million in corporate partnership monies in just five years.
DeRose has also developed a highly efficient and effective
process for supply contracts relative to public institutions that
has been tremendously successful across the country. These
processes have garnered the most lucrative agreements in the
history of K-12 education. DeRose is considered “the authority”
in regards to Supply Contracts by the national media.

Mike Roumph (Vice President)

As Vice-President and Director of the Educational Division of
DDM, Michael Roumph has played a key role in the success of the
company and specializes in coordinating and developing Corporate
Sponsorship Programs for educational entities.
Roumph's experience includes the due diligence required for
construction of a successful Corporate Sponsorship Package. It is
vital that every possible facility, location and event be analyzed
as a possible source of revenue. Roumph, who received his
bachelor's degree in business administration in 1990 from Colorado
State University-Pueblo, works closely with central administrators,
site administrators and other pertinent parties to create a package
with resell value.
Mr. Roumph will manage the sales effort in relation to the
Corporate Sponsorship Program. He was responsible for creating and
personally selling the first K-12 Corporate Sponsorship Program in
the US.

Tony Taibi (Chief Financial Officer)

Tony
Tony Taibi joined DDM in June 1998 as Chief Financial Officer.
In addition to management of all accounting for DDM, his
responsibilities include overseeing all audit and management
functions with regard to supply agreements.
Taibi, a 1976 graduate of Colorado State University-Pueblo,
served as Accounting Manager and Comptroller at Colorado State
University-Pueblo over a 20 year span. He then replaced DeRose as
Athletic Director for 2 years before accepting his present
position with DDM. He was responsible for the development of
numerous financial reporting plans while at the University and
served as an officer and President of the Athletic Booster
Association.

Rich Lane (Chief Operating Officer)

Rich Lane joined DDM in September 2001 as Chief Operating
Officer. He is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations
of DDM as well as assisting DDM's president and vice president
on strategic planning for the company.
Lane, who graduated from Colorado State University-Pueblo in
1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics, served as
Senior Production Manager at Quantum Corporation until 2001.
He was responsible for managing the Production Organization
of the Tape Drive Business Unit for Quantum in Colorado Springs,
CO. At the peak of Quantum’s production operation, Lane was
managing an organization of 750 employees, which included 20
managers.
Prior to joining Quantum in 1995, Lane was employed as a Senior
Material Quality Engineer at Unisys for 10 years and a Nuclear
Safety Engineer at Rockwell International for nearly two years.

The Media Center offers a full range of production services
for video, audio, graphic/animation and multimedia projects.
The studio features four state of the art digital post production suites;
Betacam SP videography services with lighting, audio and grip packages; VHS,
DVD and CD-Rom Duplication Center; Creative team and project management
services.
The entire team at The Media Center
is dedicated to delivering high quality production services with
a focus on customer relations. The Media Center has vast experience in
producing corporate promotional/marketing pieces, authoring interactive
training CD-Roms, directing broadcast programs/commercials ,
designing educational/instructional content, documenting live
events and creating vivid presentations. The team boasts
several awards for production excellence in the region and
throughout the United States.
